Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and successful payment, where applicable. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days for many serviceable locations in India. Remote locations may require more time.
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been handed over to the courier. Any applicable refund will be handled according to our policies and applicable law.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products must meet the eligibility and condition requirements in our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Please contact us for approval and instructions before returning an item.

Once your return is approved and the applicable checks are complete, we will initiate the refund using the original payment method for prepaid orders, where possible. For COD orders, we may request suitable bank details or another permitted refund method. We will communicate the applicable processing timeline when your refund is approved.
