Dhansree is operated by Dhanshree Trends, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In these terms, “Dhansree”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dhanshree Trends, while “you” and “your” refer to website visitors and customers.

By accessing or using dhansree.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page, along with the revised date where appropriate. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights already available to customers under applicable law.

When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected products. Your order is subject to acceptance by Dhansree. An order confirmation or payment receipt does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurs, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not available to the supplied PIN code, or there is a reasonable concern about fraudulent activity. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will arrange an applicable refund.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹), unless stated otherwise, and applicable shipping charges and other charges will be shown at checkout where relevant.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and prices accurate. If a genuine pricing error is identified, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We will not charge an increased price without obtaining your agreement.

Dhansree accepts the payment methods made available at checkout. These may include supported online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for the product and delivery location.

For prepaid orders, payment is collected when you complete checkout through the available payment service. For COD orders, payment is collected at delivery according to the applicable courier's process.

Orders may be held for verification where necessary. If a payment fails or cannot be confirmed, the order may not be processed until the issue is resolved.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their applicable terms and security procedures may also apply. Please contact us if you believe you have been charged incorrectly.

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible at info@dhansree.com or 9887776777. Cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to a courier.

Dhansree may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a material listing or pricing error is identified, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not serviceable, or there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse.

If a prepaid order is cancelled and payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be initiated through the original payment method or another legally permitted method.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the applicable return policy. Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, sizes, colours, and photographs. Product images are intended to help customers understand the product and may not represent its exact appearance in every situation.

Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, photography, or display technology. Minor differences in presentation do not necessarily mean that the product supplied is incorrect.

Please review the product description, specifications, size information, included accessories, and other relevant details before placing an order. If a product received is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can address the issue in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Dhansree aims to provide accurate product information, a reliable shopping experience, and reasonable customer support. However, website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dhansree is not responsible for indirect losses arising from temporary website interruptions or events beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, or other external circumstances, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery issues.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. These terms do not remove your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied products, refunds, or other remedies available under applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction rules that protect consumers, courts and competent forums in Jaipur, Rajasthan, may have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the use of our website or purchases from Dhansree.

Nothing in this section restricts any right a customer may have to approach a consumer commission or other competent authority under applicable law.
